Services Description

Leaseway Property Management provides professional property management services for residential rental properties in Indianapolis and Central Indiana, including but not limited to:

• Tenant screening and placement
• Rent collection and financial reporting
• Property maintenance coordination
• Lease administration and enforcement
• Property marketing and advertising

Property Owner Responsibilities

As a property owner using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property
• Maintain adequate property insurance
• Ensure the property meets all applicable housing codes and regulations
• Promptly fund approved maintenance and repairs
• Comply with all fair housing laws and regulations

Fees and Payment

Our fees are outlined in the property management agreement signed between Leaseway and the property owner. Current pricing information is available on our Pricing page. Payment terms and methods are specified in your individual agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Leaseway Property Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for services during the twelve months preceding any claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Leaseway Property Management and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Termination

Either party may terminate the property management agreement according to the terms specified in the signed contract. Termination procedures and any applicable fees are outlined in your individual agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
